Our Reach & Partnerships

Our Network

Based in Pomona, California, we proudly partner with both local organizations and service providers across the United States to best assist survivors and equip them with resources to thrive.

Our reach continues to steadily increase as we develop more referral partnerships and consistently demonstrate outcome credibility.

Referrals and Enrollment

Clients may be referred to the Pathways to Freedom program by community partners, other service providers, or they may refer themselves.

Clients referred by the Public Defender’s Office are enrolled as “Diversion Court” participants and must sign a Release of Information giving Every ONE Free the permission to work with court appointed representatives. Every ONE Free has a working relationship with several California courts, and diversion clients are eligible to receive incentives in court (e.g., reduced sentencing, charges dismissed, etc) via a contracted agreement with the Public Defender, client and Diversion Court Judge. Every ONE Free, has agreed to meet the court requirements and collaborate to ensure this ongoing partnership.
