Tamiko Chacon
Founder & Board Chair
Tamiko Chacon is the founder and board chair of Every ONE Free, an organization she launched in partnership with Purpose Church 15 years ago from a deep conviction to serve individuals impacted by human trafficking in the local community of Pomona, California. Her efforts to build Every ONE Free began with raising awareness, building partnerships with law enforcement, and creating simple ways for her Pomona neighbors to take part. Over her years as Executive Director, she led education of thousands of students, parents, and community members about the signs of trafficking and how to respond; hosted forums and trainings for churches, schools, and service providers; spoke at county fairs, community events, and conferences; joined county Anti-Human Trafficking Task Forces; and launched Freedom Bag Work Days, where volunteers packed backpacks filled with essentials for survivors. She transitioned from the role of Executive Director in 2025, but remains actively involved in Every ONE Free’s mission through her new role as board chair. Outside of this role at Every ONE Free, Tamiko serves as the Family Pastor at Purpose Church where she actively exercises her commitment to strengthening families and advocating for dignity and restoration in every community.
