Non-Sharing Clause

We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Every ONE Free will not sell, rent, or share the collected mobile numbers.

HIPAA Notification and Privacy Practices

Every ONE Free utilizes a HIPAA compliant Electronic Health Record (EHR) to conduct client care. Upon enrollment in our program, client’s will be required to complete informed consent. Contact information such as email address, phone number, date of birth and mailing address may be collected. Private information may be collected to ensure client’s receive access to program courses, case management services and alumni services. Client information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Information sharing is permitted for legitimate business purposes (e.g. to support essential business operations related to non-profit funding). All sharing mentioned in this policy excludes mobile opt-in and consent; opt-in information is never shared with anyone for any purposes. Clients may opt out of communications by texting and/or replying to text messages using the words “STOP” or “UNSUBSCRIBE.”

As a California-based organization serving California residents, we provide the following additional privacy rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
