Integrated Wraparound Support Services
Throughout enrollment in Pathways To Freedom, participants receive individualized support to help them apply what they are learning in real life. Our team walks alongside survivors, connecting them to essential resources and encouragement.
Survivors are connected to tangible resources such as housing support, record expungement, mental health providers, and medical services. An optional weekly support group is available to all participants.
